Giving through United Way reduces time-consuming and costly fundraising efforts for our agencies, so their time can be spent helping others.
Contributions to Woodland United Way stay in Yolo County. Less than 1% of each dollar raised goes to our national organization. In return, we receive resources that help us conduct successful campaigns.
Agencies funded by Woodland United Way are reviewed each year by knowledgeable volunteers who live and work in Yolo County. Our volunteers ensure that agencies follow sound fiscal practices and determine how your contribution can make the greatest impact.
